Impulse buy through a discount outfitter subscription that I don't regret. The measurements are what sold me. I am a tall, broad man. This fits me very well, it is very comfortable. The shoe pouch accommodates my size 14s. The main compartment comfortably holds three days worth of stuff, my work computer, and i havn't expanded it. That is another feature i liked, the expansion feature akin to my hard side luggage. The straps tuck away, and there is a side carry handle that i use ALOT more than i thought i would. Also, the green got me. If figured... at worst... it's a solid TSA bag. Then I got it home and realized it is pretty dang awesome! IT is my new every day carry - get home bag - and weekender.

I recommend adding shock cord or whatever you like for packing your jacket on the exterior (or whatever you are into).
Also you will need to buy a charging pack if you want the charging option at the right shoulder to work. There is a dedicated pocket for the pack.

Sorry for the delay! No notifications!?! Weird.

They are plastic, but seem sturdy. Something on the order of general issue MOLLE durability from my time in service.
