Apparently a full trangia stove will cook four nice chops from a pork loin no problem. Good to know.

ive been looking at them there trangias. hows yours on weight? do you ever truck it around with fuel in it?
I like the utility of being able to just pup the cap on and be done.
How much fuel will it hold?
I have the surplus version and have enjoyed a variety of meals cooked over mine.
Two additions will improve the efficiency of this type of cooking: a top for your pan and a windscreen.

An inexpensive, lightweight screen can be made from a disposable aluminum baking/roasting pan.
