A few weeks ago, I found this on the rack at the local tractor supply store.

It is a new boys axe by Truper Tools, I think out of Mexico.
For $20 you get one axe with such low quality control that they let people hang axe heads upside down. Really. Not only does one company make and sell such a disgrace, but another company tries to sell it to us. Atleast thy are only asking twenty bucks....

Did you just post a picture of you holding an axe in the blue lobster claw brace that's protecting your axe-wounded hand? LOL

That head is clearly on correctly, you can tell because the sticker is facing the right way

Brutal. We saw them at Ace today while looking for hatchet haft. When he saw the Truper boy's axe, my ten year-old said "that one looks crappy". Smart kid!

LOL.....wonder if their QC inspector was thinking the same thing:rolleyes::6::26::27:

I've looked at those at ACE and oh my they are crap....I'll have to check my TSC and see if they have any of these upside down beauties :4:

Did you point out to the store manager this lovely piece of sh........I mean this poor quality control merchandise on the shelves of his fine establishment?????:4:

It is a specialty situational tool for when you find yourself hanging upside down and needing firewood. TSC just had it priced wrong. They are at a premium because you don't see the every day only occasionally on EBay.

Nah, They wouldn't care anyway. . . I'd just get asked how I knew it was upside down and get the "I don't think so" answer

Is it really safe for you to be handling an ax in public? :D

Is it safe for me to be handling an axe anywhere? :50:

How much longer do you have to wear "Da Claw"?

It's off now. The picture was from a couple weeks ago.
