Good durable budget watch recommendation?

I wore G shocks for most of my military and LE careers... Bought my first G shock because it had a readily accessible stop watch feature. Back in the day a stopwatch was a pretty essential piece of gear for running SEAD missions when training mortar sections... which is fun as heck to do on a range, but I never ever came close to performing that task in combat. All the other complex features on the G shocks just confused me, too. a decade ago I had a hankering for the same watch my dad had when he got out of The Corps.... As close as I could get was the Hamilton Khaki Field Automatic... It's not cheap, but I'm hoping to get another thirty years out of it, after which I really won't care too much about the time. I swapped out the leather band for a NATO styled nylon one. Couldn't be happier !

This is what I wear. The crystal scratches easily, but it's otherwise pretty dang tough. The strap is fairly nice, but I replaced it with a cheap NATO.
I was going to suggest that one, too. I have one without the Marlin logo but otherwise the same. I also put it on a NATO.
Here is a review on the most recent version, as Casio no longer has a license for use of the Marlin logo.
Bill Gates aparently wears a Casio Duro Marlin often. Doesn't need a flashy watch to show he's rich.

Just arrived today the poor man Rolex at £18 or $24 for our brothers over the ocean This is the 1330 model
Analog and reflective to help with my aging eyes and also to use as compass Casio as we know is a long lasting water resistant bullet proof common man watch

Timex camper. The newer ones are a little different, but this one has been on my wrist since about 2008? replaced the battery once, and the band once in that time. Still keeps perfect time.
My watch setup is almost exactly like Code Red's (compass included), except I use a Timex Expedition. Mine has endured copious amounts of sweat, dirt and getting banged around with my job. I've had to replace the bands a few times due to the Velcro wearing out, and maybe the batteries once.

I’m looking for an EDC analog field watch under $100.
It just needs to be functional and dependable.
I’m outside a lot - hiking, camping, splitting firewood, shoveling snow, etc. Active but nothing extreme.

My needs are:
Easy to read - that’s a given with an analog and an uncluttered face
Date is a nice bonus but not essential
Glo in the dark (rather than a battery light)
Waterproof to 100m - that’s enough for canoeing and anything short of swimming and diving
WIll be used with a NATO strap

I got a Timex Expedition 50M for $60 at REI a year ago.
The face gets moisture inside just from EDC, no immersion or even rain.
The band was cheap leather that began peeling shortly after I bought it but the current NATO works fine.

Any recommendations for under $100 (perhaps a bit more)?
This Bertucci looks good so far.
Any other ideas?

Don't (mis-) judge Timex based on one experience. In fact, that particular watch should go back to Timex for a refund and a sincere apology.

I've been wearing and abusing a Timex Indiglow 'dive watch' for at least twenty years. I have replaced the band once, and the battery every 18 months to two years.

Just like the old John Cameron Swayze Timex commercials attested, "It takes a licking and keeps on ticking."
