I was in double figures but started the new year by unignoring everyone that was on my list but not already banned. I doubt I’ll stay at zero very long. My tolerance of intolerance is pretty limited these days.

None here . Probably never will . There are a couple of people I just skip over if I see their name but that’s it.

The only poster in any forum I have ever put on ignore that I can remember is a guy who announced that he trolled people to get a reaction from them, and proclaimed people that got mad at him and responded angrily to be his “trophies”. No point in even knowing that guy was posting .

53 and 46 forums. Interestingly almost none are supporters, which kind of says something I guess.

I don't know if it says something or not. Without knowing how many members there are or what the ratio of supporters to non-supporters are I don't see how we can test the significance of the sample size or method. It might make an interesting probability exercise though.

Also consider that who or how many you have on ignore might say as much about you as it does about them especially given that there seems to be a bunch who have few or none on ignore.

None on ignore on this forum, maybe four total across all the other forums I'm on.

Perfectly happy with being disagreed with, even impolitely. As long as it's coming from a position of education, learning , and discussion, and we simply have different views, game on happy to learn.

On the other forums, a couple folks are on ignore because they only post to start fights(BCUSA mods get rid of those types fast), one is on ignore because when he's not being a crybully he's demonstrating the concept not-even-wrong.

None of which are for having opinions that differ from mine, but because they insult and harass any that dare disagree with them.

It's also kind of a pointless exercise, as 90% of the time I'm browsing the forum I'm not logged in, and see their content anyway. Really it's more of a reminder to me to not engage with them for any reason as they offer nothing of value to the forum and are only here to feed their own egos.
