Got mine today from a charity shop for £10 in good conditions after inspection very happy I believe that is a sea fishing casting rod but I am sure it will be OK in lakes and reservoirs To my understanding it was a popular model back in the days

I had a older Daiwa Try Beam(made in Japan) and it was a great rod for the surf. I sold it to a friend and he still uses it on trips to the coast.
