Yup, there are posts with pictures of the guy from Micron with Olive.
He also apparently got the mop buckets marked Survive too.....LOL.....
And yet....no knives produced?
Well, I guess not selling or making knives is a better business model than selling but not making knives...

The Micron guy runs another machine shop so buying Guys equipment was a second family business for him. It sounds like he might be doing work for other companies but yet has not introduced his own knives.
Interesting, by any chance do you know the name of his other business?

I don't know if I ever saw him mention what his prescion machine shop in Pennsylvania is called.
He did post a bunch of pictures on BF of himself and his parents working on remodeling the building that he moved the Survive equipment into.
Nice, glad to see bcusa finally has it's own gossip column. One step closer to being blade forums.

What can I say? I was one of the first to receive the first knives they produced. I think it was a GSO 4 or 4.1 or something. But that was looong before the problems started. I mean, I actually RECEIVED the knife. 
The cofounder of Millit, Josiah Demill, owns and operates, DeMill Works - CNC Machining. Demill works specializes making motorcycle and automotive parts. I view it as good business practice to have your eggs in more than one basket. I thought I would toss it out here for whatever it is worth.

Lol, exactly right. Beaten to death, but still need a gossip fix. So next time somebody posts "This isn't the appropriate forum for that." or "Please stay on topic.", just remember, some "man" felt the need to post a drama thread in the "Edged Tools" section of the forum about a PERSON and literally encouraged sarcastic fake news responses. Exactly what part of a "knife, axe, tomahawk or saw" is that?
That person and anybody in this thread stirring the pot lost the right to police anyone else's content. No skin off my back, but that's how you destroy credibility and should probably stick to their sewing circle or Facebook for their daily drama fix.
Prove me wrong, and/or report me, I don't care, just use your real name when you do it. I doubt this entire thread would survive a moderator's impartial scrutiny. Lol, DramacraftUSA.

The dude was a giant fraud in the knife industry. Some of us saw him for what he was early on - others were not so fortunate and lost out. He left a mark for better or worse.
Sure, the thread might not 'survive' a MODs keen eye, as you say. So as for reporting somebody, you can just report the thread and you'll not be offended any more

I'm not offended at all, but I have been reported for posting things here before, so I was throwing that out there for the people that like to do it. I don't usually report things to mommy and daddy, but then again, I put my name on everything I post for the world to see, not a username.
I probably misread it, but I believe this is "The Edged Tools" subform, not the Guy Seiferd/Survive knives gossip column (I believe there is already a thread on that, but who knows/cares). In post #1 it is made clear this is about the person, who is not an "edged tool," although he may be a "tool."
But as I said, I don't really care what anybody does. I'm just posting my thoughts. Forums are mostly for entertainment anyway.

I wish I could say that I was one of the lucky ones who received a knife. Unfortunately I paid for a knife I have never seen.
For those who are saying the topic is beating a dead horse. Maybe you would have a different perspective if you were ripped off by Survive. To me Guy Seiferd and Survive are one in the same. He deserves every bit criticism in this thread and more.

How does the negativity associated with such post contribute to this forum? Does it educate or entertain anyone? Does anyone think continued complaining about it will magically make Survive start sending out refunds? How long has it been?
